I’ve tried meditation many times but never seem to stick with it. And it haven’t changed but I did try a few apps that helped me to keep the habit for much longer than just doing it by the power off will. One of the apps I’ve tired is called Calm. What I love about it that it’s perfectly fit for a newbie. You can go through a few easy lessons that teach you the basics. Do you meditate?
